- After that select payment mode like net banking, demand draft etc
- And Submit the Form....
How to Apply for Pen Card Offline:
If you want to apply pen card offline then Download Pen Card form from Pen Card Official Website.
Download Pen Card Form Offline: Form 49A
After that fill form and attach all documents with form and submit to Pen Card Office in your City.
